Employment Case Review

$99 inc GST

A written review of your dismissal case in two to three days, read against tens of thousands of real Fair Work Commission and court decisions. One payment. No hourly rate, no subscription.

The answer on page one — strong, arguable or weak, with a realistic range
Every document read and graded, hundreds of files if that's what you have
What the other side will argue, and your answer under each point
How similar cases actually went — with every decision linked so you can check it
Your deadlines, what to ask for in a settlement, and what to say when they push back
A detailed chronology you can take into a conciliation or hand to a lawyer

Refund. If there's no potential claim for us to investigate (for example, you're out of time to bring one, or there's nothing for us to review), you get your $99 back and we tell you why. What a refund doesn't cover is an answer you didn't want to hear — a weak case, honestly assessed, is the product working.

What it replaces

$2,000–$5,000 at a law firm

An employment lawyer charges $500–$600 an hour, and a proper read of your documents is a $2,000–$5,000 job that takes one to two weeks. The Fair Work Commission's own research found applicants are quoted $7,500–$11,000 for full representation.

Be clear about what this is
It is AI-generated. No lawyer reads your report before it reaches you — that's why it's $99 and not $1,500.
It is not legal advice, and it is not a lawyer taking on your case.
Dismissal matters only: unfair dismissal, and general protections involving a dismissal. For anything else at work, get in touch and our legal team will point you in the right direction.
Operating Australia-wide

One national law, wherever in Australia you worked.

One federal law

Most employment law is national. The Fair Work Act 2009 applies the same way in every state and territory.

One national case library

Your matter is read against Fair Work Commission and court decisions from every state and territory — the same library either way.

Online, everywhere

Upload, pay and receive online — the same $99 whether you're in the CBD, a regional town or a mine camp.

One thing to check: the report is for employees in the Fair Work system

That is the vast majority of employees in Australia. A small number sit in a state system instead — state government and council employees in some states, and in Western Australia anyone employed by a sole trader, partnership or other unincorporated business. If that's you, this report isn't the right tool, and your state's industrial relations body is. Check who's covered ↗

Available now in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS & the ACT · Northern Territory coming soon

$99 inc GST is a fixed one-off price for the review described above. It is not legal advice and no solicitor-client relationship is created by buying it. Legal work at MKI Legal is separate and quoted separately.
